North Central Family Medicine (NCFM) is a Federally Qualified Health Center that has proudly served the Chester and Rock Hill communities for over 40 years. Dedicated to providing high-quality, affordable healthcare, NCFM continues to strengthen community wellness through comprehensive services and deep-rooted outreach.
Join us as we kick off the new school year with two vibrant, community-powered back-to-school events! The Health & Harmony Initiative is proud to bring joy, essential supplies, and meaningful support to teachers, students, and families in Chester and Rock Hill.
As part of this year’s event, the NCFM Sickle Cell Support Group will be on-site to raise awareness, provide resources, and offer support to families affected by sickle cell disease. This group plays a vital role in delivering emotional, educational, and peer support while advocating for better care and public understanding of the condition.
